Bumbershoot: Seattle's Music & Arts Festival, Seattle Center: Mega-showcase of arts & entertainment with over 100,000 festival-goers, 2,500 artists and performers each Labor Day weekend. Produced by One Reel since 1980.
Family 4th at Lake Union, Gas Works Park, Seattle, WA: Pyrotechnic display from fireworks masters from Japan and the USA. Debuted 1988.

TEATRO ZINZANNI
Feel the magic of Teatro ZinZanni
Teatro ZinZanni “Dinner & Dreams,” Seattle, WA: An enchanting evening of European cabaret, cirque and comedy, along with a five course meal designed by celebrity chef Tom Douglas, set in an antique jewel box tent imported from Belgium. Original production debuted in Seattle 1998-1999. Returned in 2002, presented under One Reel label until 2011, and still going strong as an independent production!
Teatro ZinZanni “Love, Chaos & Dinner,” San Francisco, CA: A full evening of entertainment, combining cirque artists, contortionists, jugglers and illusionists with live music and a gourmet five-course meal, set in an antique jewel box tent imported from Belgium. Debuted on the historic San Francisco waterfront in 2000. A One Reel presentation until 2011, and still going strong as an independent production.

Summer Nights Concert Series, 1991 - 2005 Waterfront concert series of pop, rock, folk, jazz and world music.
WOMAD USA in partnership with WOMAD UK, 1998 - 2000: Three-day explosion and exploration of world music, dance and culture at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA.
The Boeing Dreamliner Arts Festival, sponsored by The Boeing Company, Starbucks, Safeco Insurance Company, and TicketsWest. Celebrates the vibrant contemporary and traditional arts scenes in Asia, including performances of Shochiku’s GRAND KABUKI THEATRE OF JAPAN Chikamatsu-za, DJ KRUSH/Jin, the Kronos Quartet, and Wu Man. From June 8 to 12, 2005.
LoDo Music Festival Denver, CO: Lively weekend music festival in the downtown district of Denver. Debuted 1993.

Goodwill Arts Festival, Producer, 1990: A world-class, 17-event international showcase of arts, including Cirque du Soleil, Grand Kabuki Theatre, Bolshoi Ballet and Sovremennick Theatre.

"Icicle Times" Producer, 2000: A one-time historical pageant starring over 240 citizens of Leavenworth, Plain, Peshastin and Cashmere, WA.
"Yabuhara Kengyo," U.S. Producer, 1993: Seattle and New York premiere of contemporary Japanese theatre from Japan's Chijinkai Theater Company.
"Gumbo Ya-Ya," Producer, Barcelona Cultural Olympiad, 1992: Special invitation of world premiere adaptation of "Labor of Love."
"Labor of Love," Producer and Co-Creator, 1991: Japan and U.S tour of an original bilingual musical about rice farming, with Furusato Caravan of Tokyo.
The Grand Kabuki Theatre, Producer, U.S. Tour, 1990: Twelve-city tour in America's heartland.
LITERARY & EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS
Wild Salmon Project, Seattle, WA: An educational and cultural project that investigated and celebrated the importance of salmon to the cultures of the Pacific Rim. Debuted 1997.
First Fish First People: Salmon Tales of the North Pacific Rim, published 1998: Salmon stories, poems and oral histories from distinguished writers who are contemporary natives of ancient salmon spawning regions all around the North Pacific Rim.
Yo Words, a literary arts program for high school students, 1993 - 1998: Included curriculum workbook, teacher training, artist residencies and student publications.
Indonesian Architectural Fellowship with Seattle artist Beliz Brother, 1994-1995: "Culture and Agriculture," a garden design project at Holly Park Housing Community and "Burning Spirit," a fire ceremony for Bumbershoot's closing ceremonies.
edge walking on the western rim: Twelve new works by Northwest writers, published 1994: Anthology of commissioned pieces by 12 of the Northwest's most distinctive voices.
